For 40 years CC&D has provided sales and service throughout Florida, from Pensacola to Key West. Our technicians have over 165 combined years of service experience. This allows us to offer service to customers with older equipment as well as the newest equipment. All of our technicians are factory trained and certified. Our experience comes from a wide variety of equipment manufacturers so we are able to support virtually all financial equipment used in the financial and casino industries. Our technicians are located throughout Florida and can provide the quickest service possible. Our technicians carry a large parts inventory to complete most repairs in the same day.

For added security, CC&D technicians wear matching uniforms so they can be easily recognized when they visit clients. Each technician also carries a company identification card. You can look up the technician on Linkedin or on CC&D’s Facebook page to verify that they work for CC&D.

CC&D offers full field service, however, clients can drop off or ship their equipment to our modern, state-of-the-art facility for depot repair. Utilizing the newest technology and a large parts inventory, most repairs are completed in one day, getting your equipment back into operation with little down time. We also offer phone support to all of our clients to assist in getting their equipment back up and running.

CC&D offers maintenance contracts on all of the equipment that we service. This covers all parts and labor for the duration of the contract. Equipment under a maintenance contract receives one to four preventative maintenance calls per year, which translates to less down time. Maintenance contract calls also receive a higher priority over billable calls.

Our service department can reprogram your MICR check encoders, Standard Register, ShearTech and Maverick, to name a few.

As an affordable alternative to buying new, CC&D has developed an extended life program (”REFIT”) which allows our customers to get three to four more years of use from their current currency counters and discriminators. The refit consists of replacing all rubber rollers and bearings, as well as any enhancements not already installed on your computer. This program is an excellent opportunity to revitalize your existing counters.
