Serving financial institutions, casinos, and government sectors across Florida, the Caribbean, Louisiana, and Mississippi, we offer state-of-the-art cash management, branch automation, and support for all financial equipment. Our expert technicians, with over 175 years of combined experience, ensure reliability and efficiency, supporting both legacy systems and the latest technology to meet our clients' diverse needs.
Dedicated Service Department
For 40 years, CC&D has provided exceptional sales and service throughout Florida, from Pensacola to Key West. Our technicians boast over 175 combined years of service experience, allowing us to support both older legacy equipment and the newest technologies. All our technicians are factory trained and certified, with expertise across a wide variety of equipment manufacturers, enabling us to support virtually all financial equipment used in the financial and casino industries.
Prompt & Reliable Support
Our technicians are strategically located throughout Florida to provide the quickest service response possible. They carry a large parts inventory to aim for same-day repairs whenever feasible.
For added security and easy recognition, CC&D technicians wear matching uniforms and carry company identification cards. You can verify their identity via LinkedIn or the CC&D Facebook page.
Flexible Service Options
Beyond full field service, clients can opt for depot repair by dropping off or shipping equipment to our modern, state-of-the-art facility. Leveraging the newest technology and a comprehensive parts inventory, we complete most depot repairs within one day, minimizing downtime. We also offer phone support to assist clients in troubleshooting and getting their equipment back up and running quickly.
Maintenance & Refurbishment
CC&D offers comprehensive maintenance contracts covering all parts and labor. Equipment under contract receives one to four preventative maintenance calls per year, reducing downtime and ensuring priority service over billable calls.
Our service department can reprogram various MICR check encoders, including models from Standard Register, ShearTech, and Maverick.
As a cost-effective alternative to purchasing new equipment, our extended life program ("REFIT") can add three to four more years of use to your current currency counters and discriminators. This program involves replacing all rubber rollers and bearings and installing any available enhancements. We also refurbish all types of financial equipment and are happy to provide quotes.
