In addition to providing reliable products, CCD Systems has been providing exceptional customer service for 27 years. Our highly skilled sales staff is backed by a technical service department and systems specialists. CCD has seven field engineers and three shop engineers with 155 years combined technical experience.
CCD provides on-site and depot service as well as phone support within the state of Florida and the Caribbean. Maintaining a spare parts inventory allowing CCD to complete most calls quickly.
CCD offers maintenance/service contracts and billable service. For our maintenance customers we offer loaner equipment, when available, at no additional charge to ensure their business will continue to operate efficiently until product is repaired or replaced.
CCD strives to offer same day service to our maintenance customers, typically calls will be completed promptly and professionally within 8 business hours.
